St. Nicholas church and water sanctuary park are natural and cultural site of Saimaa Geopark. St. Nicholas church is an Orthodox church which is located in Imatra. It was designed by Toivo Paatelainen and it was built in 1956. Next to the church is a water sanctuary park which leads to the River Vuoksi.
