Our bakery has been producing products since 1979, our first selections included sweet and salty pasties. Since then our selection has expanded in terms of both salty and sweet products. We started making "kukko" in 2007 and since then this popular traditional delicacy has been sold all over the world. "Kukko" are mainly baked from vendace, perch and roach fish, but customers also enjoy lanttu and broiler roosts. Of course, fish"kukko" are made from local fish, and our vendace"kukko" use only Puruvesi's muikku. We make all our products by hand and respecting tradition.
