Murheistenranta Stone Age dwelling site is a natural and cultural site of Saimaa Geopark. Murheistenranta is located in Lappeenranta on the east side of the Kanavansuu area and on the south shore of Saimaa's Laihianselkä. Near the current shoreline is a public beach, from which the terrain rises as ancient beaches inland. The Stone Age dwelling site of Murheistenranta is on a plateau at the bottom of the slope.
