A small family-driven farm in Hirvensalmi selling organically produced highland cattle meat. Our cattle lives according to species outdoors on extensive pastures and at the same time maintain the species richness of the traditional landscapes. The meats dark colour and rich taste comes from grass-fed and grazing. We know every animal's name and also our bulls get to graze during summer.
