Writing workshop: The charm of a concise story - stories of a hundred words

Kari Välimäki and Tarja Sipiläinen, authors of Osuuskumma co-operative lead to writing a hundred word flash fiction, drabbles.
In the writing workshop, we will explain what drabbles are, read examples and the participants are instructed to write a drabble. At the end of the workshop the participants have the opportunity to present their own story and gain from it
feedback if desired.

It is good to have a word processing program and a fully charged laptop with you or a tablet, but pen and paper will also work.

Everyone interested in writing and reading is welcome to the workshop.
Guidance is organized in Finnish and English.
The event is part of Lappeenranta's dream year of culture 2024.
