2-hour guided Kickspark kick sledding tour

The kicksled was a necessary tool in the early days, used to move people and goods in challenging winter conditions. Today it represents ecological mobility at its best and saves the world. The guides will show you the ins and outs of kick sledding and lead you along interesting wilderness trails through some of the most beautiful landscapes in North Karelia. Equipment included in the price: traditional kick sled or kickspark, foot support and sliding footwear, slip-resistant shoes, necessary safety equipment, guides, and liability insurance. After the trip, participants will be served a warm drink and Karelian snack by a live fire.

Starting point: Kutronlahti, Suitsantie 9, 59800 Kesälahti. There is plenty of free parking space in the area.
The tour is available every Sunday at 14:00.

Personal equipment: comfortable clothing suitable for the weather. We recommend windproof clothing, hats, gloves, ear protection, and footwear outdoor for the trip.

The excursions will take place if there are at least three and a maximum of ten participants on a scooter. For groups of more than 10 people, please get in touch with us at +358 400 418 933.

Children (under 15 years old) can participate only with their adults.

Cancellation conditions:
Reservations must be made at least a day before latest at 6 pm. Cancellation policy: cancellations two days before departure (or earlier) 90% refund, cancellations on the same day or the previous day, no refund.

If weather conditions require a rescheduling of the trip, priority will be given to finding a new date for the trip. If no alternative is found, a full refund will be given.

Reservations and payments:
Book your sled by choosing either a reservation request (you pay at the departure point) or online payment in the webshop, where you pay for the trips in advance. The most important thing is the reservation request, that we can prepare with sufficient equipment and refreshments for the trip. If you prefer, you can also make reservations by calling us or contacting via WhatsApp.

Payment methods: card or cash
We will offer a new date if the trip is canceled due to weather conditions. If that doesn’t work for you, we will refund your money.
